The rooftop deck is open for drinks and dinners year-round.

The restaurant is open Wednesday through Saturday and will soon add brunch.

It’s open Wednesday through Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. The restaurant will soon offer brunch, too.

There are a number of rooftop bars in Philadelphia, including Attico and Assembly. El Techo, located in Rittenhouse, has a retractable roof and will open for drinks at 5 p.m. today. The new restaurant is the latest in a series of rooftop restaurants owned by Defined Hospitality, which also operates Suraya, Pizzeria Beddia, and Condesa. The restaurant is located on the roof of the Pod Philly hotel.
