The Bulldogs were swept in the first set by Georgia Tech volleyball, but the Yellow Jackets rallied to tie it in the third set. Georgia Tech held a two-point lead in the first set but fell behind by four points in the second. The Yellow Jackets went on a 7-0 run in the third set to take a 16-10 lead. Mississippi State rallied to tie the score, but a spike by a Yellow Jacket made the score twenty-one. Georgia Tech went on to win the set, 28-26.

Tech finished its regular season with a 23-5 record, which earned the team a national seed for the NCAA Tournament. In the tournament, Tech fell to Louisville twice and split with Pittsburgh, the defending national champion. Despite their strong season, the Yellow Jackets never got to see the Final Four. Currently, only Florida State and Kentucky have reached that stage. So, it’s no surprise that Tech volleyball fans are loyal to the Yellow Jackets.

The Yellow Jackets have become one of the best teams in the nation over the last three seasons. This year’s team is now 26-6 overall and 14-5 in the ACC. They were invited to the postseason for the third consecutive year. They won three postseason matches, but lost to Louisville in the elite eight.

Georgia Tech volleyball has just released its schedule for the 2022 season. Yellow Jacket fans have been anxiously awaiting this schedule since the team’s 2021 season, which saw the team make its second appearance in the Elite Eight. The team’s schedule is packed with exciting matches and a lot of competition.

The Georgia Tech women’s tennis team won the 2007 NCAA National Championship in Athens, Georgia. The team is coached by Bryan Shelton, who won the ACC individual title in 1985. Christy Lynch and Rodney Harmon are the assistant coaches for the women’s team. They are both able to coach the team to victory.

Anna Boezi is a right-side hitter and middle blocker for the Yellow Jackets. She is a three-year letter winner. At Troy High School, she was the captain and helped guide the Trojans to two consecutive Miami Valley League titles. While the Yellow Jackets are a very talented team, the O’Keefe Gymnasium is a unique venue for their matches. The atmosphere at home is rowdy, with great sight lines.

The Bulldogs begin their SEC season this week against Mississippi State in the first game of conference play. Fans can catch the game live on SECN+. Most of its games are played at Bobby Dodd Stadium at Historic Grant Field. This stadium is the oldest campus stadium in Division I FBS football. It was expanded to a capacity of 55,000 in 2000.
